ALTAR SERVERS: Kids and teens in the 4th grade and higher are

ALTAR SOCIETY: Its purpose is "to supply and maintain all things
necessary for the altar, vestments and linens, candles and everything
pertaining to the altar or necessary for holding divine services." They
maintain the votive candle area in Our Lady's Chapel. For more info

Sewing Circle meets weekly on Wednesdays and works on a variety of
needlework projects, quilting and jewelry making. Additionally, the Society
provides a monthly stipend also for worship needs. There are many more

COVENANT OF LOVE (Married Couples Group): Covenant of
Love is a parish based marriage ministry that offers a great program to
help couples live out God's plan for marriage while offering practical tools
to strengthen and renew your relationship. St. Paul's Covenant of Love
hosts a Date Night for all engaged and married couples every 3rd
Saturday of the month in the Cafeteria at 7pm. Babysitting is provided

MANOS QUE HORAN: ministry for bi-lingual young adults, ages 18-

THE MOB: The Ministry of Basketball is a quiet little Sunday night
happening that has been going on for perhaps 4 or 5 years. This ministry
as my brother Richard Cortinas baptized it, is a mixture of weekend
warrior young men, high school kids, college kids, high performance
girls (every once in a while) and some "mas pa' alla que pa' ca in shape"
guys like myself. Always supervised by Richard Cortinas, Matthew
Knodell or myself, we basically show up at 7:30 pm (almost) every

MUSIC MINISTERS: Lead the assembly in song at parish liturgies. If

NOCTURNAL ADORATION SOCIETY: Members pledge to worship
before the Lord Jesus Christ exposed in the Blessed Sacrament as an
act of reparation for the sins of mankind. This adoration is usually held
the first Saturday and Sunday of the month from 9pm until 7am. The
adorers are organized in groups with a captain, and are scheduled to a
one-hour turn each month. In each successive month, the group starting
hour advances to one hour later. "The Office of the Blessed Sacrament"
manual is the official book of vocal hourly prayers for the Society. The
Church has granted generous indulgences to members for their active

PRO-LIFE COMMITTEE: The Pro-Life Committee at St. Paul works
to promote respect for human life in all its stages and to bring about an
attitude of heart and mind in everyone to be open to God's special gift of

influence public policy where necessary and works to make abortion

youth from various schools, parishes and background who gather to

YOUNG ADULT GROUP (TONGUES OF FIRE): We are a group
of young adults ranging mostly from the college age to twenty
somethings" that seek God through scripture and the teachings of the

to come experience Christ in a new, powerful way, and to join us as we
